Update

Sorry for the lack of activity here, but I had a death in my immediate family about a month ago that has taken most of my attention. This blog should be back on track soon with new content, including the fourth (and final) installment of my Krazy Fest adventure, and a few LA area sets from June.

The other big news in regard to my live recording activities is that I will be "retiring" my miniDV cameras. After heavy use for about 5 years the Panasonic GS300s I have are starting to give me more trouble, and just aren't the reliable work horses they once were. The good news is I will be purchasing at least one HD camcorder soon, and I am toying with the idea of buying a second HD camera, so I can continue doing multi-camera edits when the conditions allow it. I'm not sure when I'll be making the new camera purchase, but will most likely miss out on video taping at least a few shows that I would normally document. Audio will still be recorded and posted. July will be a busy month for me, and this blog
